Region II 2026 Regional Meeting Registration Now Open
Registration for the NCURA Region II Regional Meeting in Saratoga Springs, NY is now open! Register by Monday, August 31, 2026 to secure early-bird pricing! Meeting registration closes on Monday, October 26, 2026. For pricing details and to register for the meeting, head to the NCURA website!
Region II 2026 Regional Meeting Travel Award Nominations
Two travel awards of $1,500 will be awarded to two Region II members to reimburse recipients for the cost of registration, travel, hotel or related expenses to attend the NCURA Region II Fall Meeting, November 8-11, 2026 in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Recipients will be selected based on nominations received by the deadline and considered by the Region's Leadership Development and Nominating Committee and the Steering Committee. In addition to attending the entirety of the Fall Meeting, the recipients must provide a report of their experience at the meeting and a reimbursement request within 30 days from the meeting end date for the travel award to be paid.
Eligibility: Nominees must be research administrators whose institutional location is in the Region II geographic area (DC, DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA, WV) and who have never attended an in-person Fall Meeting. Nominees must be current members of NCURA at the time of nomination. Self-nominations are permitted.
Process: Complete and submit the Application Form with a letter of support from the nominee's supervisor by Friday, July 31. Nominees will be notified by August 14, 2026.
Region II 2026 Distinguished Service Award Nominations
Region II Leadership Development and Nominating Committee (LDNC) is accepting nominations for the Region II Distinguished Service Award.
The Distinguished Service Award is an annual award to recognize members of NCURA Region II who have made sustained and significant contributions to the Region. Up to three awards may be given in any one year. The Awardee(s) will be recognized at lunch during the 2026 Regional Meeting in Saratoga Springs, NY, November 8-11, 2026.
